Admin Assistant
JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle day-to-day administration tasks.

Liaise with vendors, buyers, financiers, solicitors & other stakeholders on documentation and payment.

Prepare reports and maintain accurate records, databases and filing systems.

Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as may assigned by the superior or Company.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
​

Candidate must possess at least SPM certificate. Those with higher education background in relevant fields are encouraged to apply.

Good language skills both orally and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

Good attention to details, hardworking, self-motivated, effective time management and a good team player.
-
Able to work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills.
-
Familiarity with sales administration, IFCA system & Microsoft Office applications are added advantages.
-
Possess own transport.

SALARY RANGE: RM2,200 – RM3,000
