Admin Assistant

JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

​​

  • Handle day-to-day administration tasks.

  • Liaise with vendors, buyers, financiers, solicitors & other stakeholders on documentation and payment.

  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records, databases and filing systems.

  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as may assigned by the superior or Company.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

​

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM certificate. Those with higher education background in relevant fields are encouraged to apply.

  • Good language skills both orally and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

  • Good attention to details, hardworking, self-motivated, effective time management and a good team player.

  • Able to work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills. 

  • Familiarity with sales administration, IFCA system & Microsoft Office applications are added advantages.

  • Possess own transport.

SALARY RANGE: RM2,200 – RM3,000
