JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and coordinate daily site operations.

• Carry out supervision and monitor all construction/installation work.

• Supervise and control sub-contractors’ daily activities, and ensure material & equipment, personnel & tools are available to perform the work.

• Monitor foreign workers' work progress and ensure they keep up with their approved work schedule.

• Ensure all works are carried out as per contract specifications, drawings, PQP requirements, and approved method statements.

• Ensure all necessary inspections and testing are performed and verified/passed before proceeding to the next stage of construction or installation work.

• Maintain site diary to record daily activities at the site.

• Report promptly of any non-conformances to the Project Manager/Construction Manager.

• Manage, monitor and control the usage of materials, plants & machinery.

• Inspect and test materials prior to usage at site as per sample approved by the consultant and handle removal of rejected materials out from the site.

• Ensure the correct implementation of works according to technical specification, designs and quality of materials.

• Any other responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

​

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

• Relevant working experience is an added advantage.

SALARY RANGE: RM2,750 – RM4,000
