SITE ADMINISTRATOR / CLERK

JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

​

  • Assist Site Supervisor on day-to-day construction administrative works.

  • Support communication between the site team and the office.

  • Handle all enquiries to site.

  • Prepare reports related to site activities and project progress.

  • Maintain comprehensive and organised records and databases. 

  • Any other duties may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

​

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM certificate.

  • Good verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

  • Ability to organise documents and basic computer skills.

  •  Possess own transport.

​

 

SALARY RANGE: RM2,000 – RM3,000
